Our vision is for all Kurds to be thriving economically and socially in the UK and beyond. Our network of Kurdish entrepreneurs, professionals and aspiring changemakers support one another in growing sustainable projects & businesses.
Our mission is to foster, support and encourage Kurdish entrepreneurs and the career ambitions of young people. We do this in two main ways: signposting to relevant world-leading resources and through our Pay It Forward Model in online and in-person meetups.
Paying-it-forward is a concept where our members receive support from others for their businesses/career ambitions and give support to other members of KHL. We create an environment where all our members do their best to provide value to each other. Our network offers their time, contacts, and expertise, according to their own unique experiences.
